Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Ground Turkey
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Hamburger Buns
- Your Favorite Burger Toppings
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Use your hands to gently mix the ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the burgers tough.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties. Make them about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the turkey burgers for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
- Serve on hamburger buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add 1/4 cup of chopped fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro to the mixture.
- Don't press down on the burgers while cooking, as this will squeeze out the juices and make them dry.
- To prevent the burgers from falling apart, use wet hands when forming the patties.
- Store leftover turkey burgers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For best results, use brioche buns.
