Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk.
- If the smoothie is too thin, add a few more frozen berries.
Notes
- For a colder smoothie, freeze the banana slices beforehand.
- You can substitute protein powder for a more substantial smoothie.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
