Ingredients
- 1 pound skinless salmon fillet, diced
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced salmon, panko breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the salmon patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
Notes
- For extra crispy patties, press down on the patties with a spatula while they're cooking.
- Serve with lemon wedges, tartar sauce, or a fresh salad.
- These patties can be made ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before cooking.
- To ensure even cooking, use a light hand when flipping the patties.
