Instructions
- Arrange the pre-made caprese salad on a serving platter or individual plates.
- Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil evenly over the salad.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze sparingly over the salad. A little goes a long way!
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Notes
- For a warmer salad, briefly broil the caprese salad for 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning. This will slightly melt the mozzarella.
- To store leftovers, cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
- Use a small offset spatula to evenly distribute the balsamic glaze, avoiding over-saturating the salad.
