Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Unroll pizza dough and place it in the prepared baking dish, pressing it to fit snugly against the bottom and sides.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle 16 ounces of mozzarella cheese and 8 ounces of provolone cheese over the sauce.
- Scatter pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper over the top.
- Top with the remaining 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for 8-10 minutes before adding toppings.
- You can substitute different meats, such as sausage or ham.
