Ingredients
- 1 cup Pizza Dough
- 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 6-8 slices Pepperoni
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to desired shape.
- Brush a pizza pan or baking sheet with olive oil.
- Transfer pizza dough to the prepared pan.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- For a crispier crust, bake on a preheated pizza stone.
- Use fresh mozzarella cheese for the best flavor.
- Store leftover pizza in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
- To prevent a soggy crust, do not overload the pizza with toppings.
