- 1 pound ground beef

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and taco seasoning. Cook, breaking up beef with a spoon, until browned.
- Drain any excess grease.
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
- Top chips with cooked beef, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with salsa and sour cream.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
