Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until completely smooth, adding more almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- For a sweeter smoothie, add a few drops of stevia or maple syrup.
- Using fresh spinach instead of frozen will result in a thinner smoothie.
- To prevent oxidation and keep the smoothie green, add a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Blend again before drinking for best flavor.
