Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings, separated at the joints
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are cooked through and crispy.
  6. While wings are baking, melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  7. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  8. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  10. Once wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl.
  11. Pour the garlic parmesan sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  12. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce (ranch, blue cheese, etc.).

Notes

  • For extra crispy wings, bake them on a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.
  • You can use pre-cut chicken wing portions to save time.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add a tablespoon of chicken broth at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  • Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
