Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken Wings, separated at the joints
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
- Spread wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are cooked through and crispy.
- While wings are baking, melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Once wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl.
- Pour the garlic parmesan sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce (ranch, blue cheese, etc.).
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, bake them on a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.
- You can use pre-cut chicken wing portions to save time.
- If the sauce is too thick, add a tablespoon of chicken broth at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
