Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 (14.5 oz) can Diced Tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 cup Beef Broth
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to your crockpot.
- Pour in the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve over pasta, rice, or in sandwiches.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add 1/2 cup of red wine along with the beef broth.
- To thicken the sauce, remove the meatballs with a slotted spoon and gently mash some of them against the side of the crockpot.
- Crockpot timing may vary depending on your appliance. Check for doneness periodically.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce like marinara or ranch.
