Instructions

  5. Dip each chicken piece in egg, then coat with flour mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove chicken from skillet and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  9. Spread marinara sauce evenly over chicken.
  10. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese.
  11. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  12. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

  • For extra crispy breading, you can add 1/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs to the Italian breadcrumbs.
