Cesar’s salad with parmesan cheese

Ingredients
- 2 heads Romaine lettuce, washed and dried
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 cups Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the Romaine lettuce to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Add 3 cups of the grated Parmesan cheese and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately with remaining 1 cup of Parmesan cheese for garnish.
Notes
- For a creamier dressing, add 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- To store the dressing, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- Avoid over-dressing the salad to prevent it from becoming soggy.
