Instructions

  6. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
  7. Lay a tortilla flat. Spoon about 1/2 cup of the sausage and egg mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  8. Top with 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll up tightly.
  10. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
