Instructions

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  5. Add bell peppers and broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  6. Pour sauce over beef and vegetables. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until sauce has thickened.
  7. Stir in sesame oil.
  8. Serve immediately over cooked rice.
