Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Beef Sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Wooden Skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, about 4-5 pieces per skewer.
- Brush the grill with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness (internal temperature of 135°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium).
- Let the skewers rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soaking the wooden skewers in water prevents them from burning on the grill.
- For best results, marinate the beef for at least 30 minutes, but longer marinating times (up to 4 hours) will enhance the flavor.
- To ensure even cooking, rotate the skewers frequently while grilling.
- Serve with rice, salad, or your favorite dipping sauce.
