Ingredients
- 1 lb Pizza Dough
- 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 cups Cooked BBQ Chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup Diced Red Onion
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup Corn Kernels
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Brush pizza dough with olive oil.
- Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
- Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Top with BBQ chicken and diced red onion.
- Sprinkle with corn kernels.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use a pre-made pizza crust to save time.
- If you don't have BBQ sauce, you can make your own using ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and spices.
- To prevent a soggy crust, pre-bake the crust for 5-7 minutes before adding toppings.
- Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
