Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 12 slices Bacon
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the honey mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Wrap each chicken cube with 2-3 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
- Place bacon-wrapped chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy. Flip halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy bacon, you can place the baking sheet under the broiler for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- To make this recipe ahead of time, prepare the chicken mixture and wrap the chicken with bacon. Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking.
- Serve with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or coleslaw.
