Ingredients
- 1 lb Salmon Fillet, skin on or off
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
- 1 tsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat salmon fillet dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillet.
- Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Air fry for 8-12 minutes, depending on desired doneness. (For medium, aim for 12 minutes; for medium-well, 14-16 minutes).
- Check for doneness by flaking with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
Notes
- For best results, use a skin-on salmon fillet.
- If you prefer crispier skin, you can briefly sear the salmon skin-side down in a skillet before air frying.
- To ensure even cooking, place the salmon on a parchment-lined air fryer basket.
- Leftover salmon can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It's great for salads, sandwiches, or fish tacos.
