Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Pork Chops (bone-in, 1 inch thick)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
- Heat olive oil in an air fryer (400°F / 200°C).
- Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes per side for medium doneness (internal temperature of 145°F / 63°C). Adjust cooking time based on desired doneness.
- In the last 2 minutes of cooking, spray the pork chops with apple cider vinegar.
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use bone-in, pork chops as they retain more moisture.
- Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket – cook in batches if necessary.
- To prevent sticking, lightly oil the air fryer basket before adding the pork chops.
- Resting the pork chops allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in a more tender and flavorful chop.
- Serve with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or coleslaw.
