Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans

- 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles (Rotel)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Spread refried beans evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream with taco seasoning until well combined.
- Layer sour cream mixture over the refried beans.
- Top with diced tomatoes and green chiles.
- Spread guacamole over the tomatoes and chiles.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the guacamole.
- Scatter black olives and green onions over the top.
Notes
- For best flavor, let the dip sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- You can use a piping bag to create distinct layers for a more professional look.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
