Instructions
- Crack eggs into a bowl.
- Add milk, salt, and pepper to the eggs.
- Whisk thoroughly until yolks and whites are combined and slightly frothy.
- Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Pour egg mixture into the skillet.
- Gently push cooked egg from the edges of the pan towards the center, allowing uncooked egg to flow underneath. Repeat this process until the eggs are mostly set but still slightly moist.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Notes
- For creamier eggs, whisk in a small pat of butter at the end.
- Don't overcook the eggs, as they will continue to cook from residual heat.
- Use a non-stick skillet to prevent the eggs from sticking.
- Serve with toast, avocado, or your favorite toppings.
