Ingredients
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour

- 1/2 cup (113g) Unsalted Butter, cold and cubed
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup (240ml) Heavy Cream
- 12 ounces (340g) Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 pound (227g) Cooked Ham, cubed
- 2 cups (281g) Pineapple Chunks, fresh or canned (drained)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in heavy cream until just combined.
- Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Transfer dough to a greased 10-inch pie dish.
- Spread 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese evenly across the crust.
- Scatter ham cubes evenly over the cheese.
- Top with pineapple chunks.
- Sprinkle remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese over the pineapple.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika and garlic powder.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- For a crispier crust, pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes before adding toppings.
- To prevent the crust from getting soggy, blind bake the crust for 15 minutes before adding toppings.
- Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Using pre-shredded mozzarella cheese will save you time.
- If using fresh pineapple, cut it into small pieces to ensure even cooking.
