Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey.
- Stir well until fully combined.
- Add the chia seeds, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
- Stir in the dark chocolate chips.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the mixture to firm up.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
Notes
- For a smoother consistency, you can pulse the oats in a food processor before adding them to the mixture.
