Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and salt until smooth.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cream cheese mixture and stir until combined.
- Press the mixture into a 9x13 inch pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a smoother topping, use a rubber spatula to spread the melted chocolate.
- To prevent the bars from cracking, chill for at least 3 hours before cutting.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
