Ingredients
- 6oz Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
- Pat chicken breast dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breast.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breast to the hot skillet.
- Sear for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken breast during the last minute of cooking.
Notes
- For best results, use chicken breasts that are about the same thickness.
- Don't overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
- To check for doneness, use an instant-read thermometer.
- Store leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
- To shred the chicken, simply slice it against the grain.
