Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken Wings, separated at joints
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. Ensure wings are evenly coated.
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove wings from air fryer.
- Pour buffalo wing sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Return wings to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and wings are heated through.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, pat the wings dry with paper towels before tossing with oil and spices.
- Using a wire rack placed on top of the air fryer basket can improve air circulation and increase crispiness.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces, such as ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing.
- Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes to re-crisp.
